The Rivington is always a favourite with James. The superb layout has a generous living area incorporating a large sofa, accent chair and breakfast bar.

Our Rivington is a spacious holiday home, 588 sq feet, finished in mist grey canexel with contrasting anthracite windows – a very modern look. It is built to BS3632 with low E glass windows and doors and extra insulation giving superior U values.

The living area has a wall of glass incorporating a large sliding door, vaulted ceiling and sofa (inc sofa bed), storage footstool and an accent chair. The wall mounted fire with grey surround completes the contemporary. The kitchen is spacious with a breakfast bar and freestanding dining table with four chairs. Integrated appliances include fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The bedrooms have luxurious padded headboards and throws giving a sumptuous feel. The lift up 5ft bed in the master bedroom is a clever storage option and the twin beds in the second bedroom are both 3ft beds. Both bedrooms have mirrored wardrobes and the master a deep window and dressing table.
