ABI Portofino

Just Arrived - ABI Portofino

House -

Our newest arrival at Priory Park, this ABI Portofino is a brand new model for 2027, 40ft by 13ft. Chateaux Grey uPVC cladding is paired with graphite grey windows and doors and black gutters and downpipes for a crisp, considered exterior, and the home is built on a full galvanised chassis throughout. A side entrance door leads in, while a full-width sliding patio door in graphite grey Thermaglass double glazed uPVC opens the lounge outward at the far end of the home.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen space runs the full width of the home, finished in light oak-effect cabinetry beneath stone-effect worktops. The built in pantry is a great way to store breakfast items and other kitchen goodies before hiding them away for the rest of the day. Two sofas are arranged around a wood coffee table, one with a sofa bed, facing an electric fire set into a wood surround, a proper focal point once the evenings draw in. The kitchen features a gas hob, powered extractor, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, with a freestanding dining table seating four. A tall built-in pantry cupboard, fitted with door-mounted spice racks and open shelving, keeps everything else within easy reach.

The twin bedroom is fitted with a panelled headboard and display shelf above two single beds, each dressed with a pocket sprung mattress, alongside a fitted wardrobe. The master bedroom features a king size bed on a pocket sprung mattress, matching headboard and shelf, and a walk-in wardrobe, with its own en-suite shower room completing the suite. A separate family shower room with its own WC serves the rest of the home.

Somewhere to arrive, put the kettle on, and let the pace of the day drop away.
