Arriving at Priory Park in October, this brand new ABI Islay is 37ft by 12ft, built for easy, unhurried holidays from day one

Two sofas in the open-plan lounge face a full-width sliding patio door, natural light pouring across matt black accents and a cool grey palette, warmed by rust and dusty blue cushions. Dimmable lighting to the front of the home and up-lighting on the kitchen lockers let the whole space shift from bright and practical by day to something quieter come evening, with a Bluetooth sound system built into the lounge for whenever music matters more than the television.

The kitchen is fitted with an integrated dishwasher, integrated microwave and integrated fridge freezer, and there’s generous worktop space for cooking properly rather than just getting by. Net curtains run throughout for privacy without losing the light, and free-standing furniture keeps the layout flexible.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a vanity area and a TV point, with its own en-suite fitted with a wash basin, WC and shower. A twin bedroom offers a second sleeping space for family or guests, and a separate family bathroom, wash basin, WC and shower, completes the home.

Outside, Timberwolf Corelux cladding sits alongside graphite grey windows and doors, with black gutters and downpipes finishing the exterior. The home is built on a full galvanised chassis, with double glazing and central heating throughout to take advantage of our extended 10 month season.
