The Cambrian is a uniquely designed lodge combining quality and elegance with desirability and practicality. Large doors and windows invite streams of natural light, creating an airy and relaxed environment.

The front door is flanked by two exterior lights with an attractive street light nearby. An entrance hall has double glass doors into the living area and a door to the left into the utility room which has plenty of storage, an integrated washer/dryer and large sink.

On entering the living area you are greeted with a generous open plan space with vaulted ceiling and two remote control velux roof lights. The room is bathed in light from the wall of glass that looks out into the garden area. A light wood laminate on the floor ties the space together. In homage to its Welsh heritage the living area has a stunning feature wall in slate and a gas ‘log’ burner – a perfect companion on winter evenings.

The pale grey corner sofa and footstool face the two sets of wide sliding doors opening onto the attractively planted outside space. There is an integrated display unit and multi-media unit. Designer radiators in a dark grey are a bold statement.

The dining table has four comfortable high backed chairs and a cloudy white quartz top that echoes the kitchen worktops.

At the heart of the lodge sits a large fully fitted kitchen, with high gloss units finished in dove grey above and dark grey below the cloudy white quartz worktop. The kitchen is fitted with high-spec fully integrated AEG appliances including double oven, induction hob with graphite gloss splash back, innovative extractor, microwave and dishwasher. A Caple wine cooler rounds out the specification.

The sink is under-mounted with a useful pull-out tap, windows above look to the south. The room is light and airy with further deep windows to the west, all featuring built-in blinds in the glass.

A door off the living area leads into the internal hallway with access to the master bedroom suite, twin bedroom and family bathroom.

Elegant and considered, the master bedroom suite features a feature wall in slate with TV point. The king sized Portofino bed has a sumptuous headboard with pillows and cushions. Ceiling to floor windows look out into the garden space and either side of the bed are further windows with roman blinds. Floating bedside cabinets either side of the bed match the dressing table and stool. A designer radiator adds a finishing touch. The feature wall conceals the generous walk-in wardrobe with full length window and plenty of storage space with shelving and rails.

The en-suite is exceptional. Two windows frame the free-standing Valencia bath which stands out against a further slate feature wall. Alongside the bath sits a wet room shower with an oversized drencher shower head. The generous basin and vanity unit match that in the family bathroom. The designer radiator completes the room.

The family bathroom is a beautifully finished room. The bath with shower over has a slate feature wall behind. The generous sit-on basin with wall hung vanity unit is striking, with a mirrored and lit cabinet above.

The twin bedroom has two 3′ single beds, a window between with a two drawer bedside cabinet below and wardrobe.

A further double bedroom, currently styled as a snug, leads directly off the living area. It has two windows and a generous fitted wardrobe and two bedside drawer units.

Outside, a private westerly garden is maintained by Priory Park staff, and a dedicated external store provides handy storage for golf clubs and leisure equipment.
