Tingdene Solent

This light and bright lodge is situated in a commanding location with superb views from its large deck. The Tingdene Solent has two bedrooms, modern shower room, good sized living area with sliding doors onto the deck, dining area and kitchen.

The open plan living area is finished in neutral tones with a laminate floor and vaulted ceilings. There is a wall mounted fire for winter evenings. The kitchen cupboards are finished in white with a black crystal quartz finish worktop. A fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are all included along with the fitted oven and hob.

The bedrooms are of equal size, one has a double bed with storage beneath and several chests of drawers, the other twin beds and wardrobes. The shower room has a corner shower cubicle, WC and modern wall-hung vanity unit with basin.

To the rear of the holiday home is a large store with power and lighting suitable for storing bikes, golf clubs and other leisure equipment.
